The Da Lat Ring Road project is invested by the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province, 7.4km long, with a total capital of 870 billion VND, started on July 26, 2021.
Initially, the project was expected to be completed by the end of June 2023, then extended to December 31, 2024.
Up to this point, most of the construction and installation volume has been completed. However, the project has not yet maximized its effectiveness because there are still few vehicles circulating because there are still a few sections of road that have not been asphalted.
According to the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Construction, about 300m of unfinished road is being mobilized by contractors with machinery and manpower for construction, striving to be completed in December 2025. This is to connect the Da Lat ring road to Hoang Van Thu street (Cam Ly ward - Da Lat).
To date, the project has completed the bridge section and about 7.1km out of a total of 7.4km of roads, the construction volume reached about 94%, only some sections have not been asphalted.
The Da Lat Ring Road project is a key project of the province, expected to contribute to reducing traffic congestion in the city center gateway area, and at the same time create more beautiful roads for tourists to admire the scenery of Da Lat.
