Hanoi - Yen Xuan commune is accelerating site clearance for the 21A road expansion project, has handed over more than 68% of the area, and is expected to be completed before February 15.

The road connecting from Thang Long Avenue to the Hanoi - Hoa Binh expressway passing through Yen Xuan commune is about 6.7km long, with a total recovered land area of more than 40ha, related to 451 land plots of organizations and households, individuals.

To ensure the progress of the 21A road expansion project, Yen Xuan commune is striving to complete site clearance before February 15.

In order to speed up the project progress, Yen Xuan Commune People's Committee has organized many dialogues, propaganda, and dissemination of regulations on compensation, support and resettlement when the State recovers land. Through this, many people's recommendations have been received and answered promptly, contributing to creating consensus in the implementation process.

To date, the locality has handed over nearly 28ha of land, reaching more than 68% of the total area to be recovered. In which, the entire area of public land and land of organizations has been completed for handover; the rest mainly belongs to households and individuals.

Representatives of Yen Xuan Commune People's Committee said that in the coming time, the locality will continue to set up checkpoints in areas under site clearance to promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the people, directly answer problems related to compensation and support policies, and create favorable conditions for the project to be completed on schedule.
