On March 18, Hanoi Department of Construction announced the adjustment of traffic organization at the Co Linh - Dam Quang Trung intersection area to serve the construction of the underpass project. The adjustment period is from March 21, 2026 to the end of April 30, 2027.
Accordingly, the Department of Construction adjusts the traffic organization plan from traffic control at traffic lights to self-regulated traffic. Vehicles moving through intersections and turning around at median strip opening points on Dam Quang Trung and Co Linh streets.
Vehicles from Co Linh street (direction Long Bien bridge) going to National Highway 5 turn right at the intersection with Dam Quang Trung street, then turn around at the point under Vinh Tuy bridge or go straight through Co Linh overpass to Thach Ban intersection.
Vehicles from Co Linh street (Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway direction) going to Vinh Tuy bridge turn right at the intersection with Dam Quang Trung street, then turn around on Dam Quang Trung street or go straight through Co Linh overpass and turn around at the intersection of Co Linh street with Tran Dang Khoa street.
Vehicles from Dam Quang Trung street (direction Vinh Tuy bridge) to Co Linh (direction Long Bien bridge) go straight through the intersection, then turn around at the turnaround point on the current Dam Quang Trung street or turn right at the intersection and turn around at the Co Linh - Thach Ban intersection.
Vehicles from Dam Quang Trung street (National Highway 5 direction) to Co Linh (Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway direction) go straight through the intersection, then turn around at the point under Vinh Tuy bridge or turn right at the intersection and turn around at the Co Linh - Tran Dang Khoa street intersection.
Other traffic directions circulate according to the current traffic organization plan after adjustment at the intersection.
