Hanoi voters proposed that Hanoi City accelerate the progress of investment in construction, upgrading and expanding National Highway 32 from Quang Oai to Son Tay.
Answering this content, Hanoi City People's Committee said that the component project II to renovate and upgrade National Highway 32 (from Km47+500 to Km53+400) has been approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 3375/QD-UBND dated June 29, 2024.
The project investor was previously Ba Vi District People's Committee, after the 2-level government transition, the City People's Committee assigned the Hanoi City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to be the investor in Decision No. 3339/QD-UBND dated June 27, 2025.
Request the Department of Construction and the Hanoi City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to urgently organize appraisal of design dossiers for implementation after basic design as a basis for project implementation.
