On January 6, representatives of leaders of Hoa Lu ward (Ninh Binh) said that the Inspection Committee (UBKT) of the Ward Party Committee had decided to impose a disciplinary action in the form of a warning on Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly - Deputy Secretary of the Party cell, Vice Principal of Ninh Thanh Secondary School.
The decision of the Inspection Committee of the Hoa Lu Ward Party Committee clearly stated that Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly, Deputy Secretary of the Party cell, Vice Principal of Ninh Thanh Secondary School had violated regulations on tutoring and extra classes; violated regulations on what party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example; reducing the prestige of the Party organization and the agency and unit where she works.Ms. Ly's violations are to the extent of disciplinary action.
In comparison with Regulation No. 69-QD/TW, dated July 6, 2022 of the Politburo on discipline of violating party organizations and party members, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly violated point g, Clause 2, Article 31.The Inspection Committee of Hoa Lu Ward Party Committee issued a decision to discipline Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly in the form of Warning.
Previously, on November 27, 2025, Lao Dong e-newspaper had an article "Deputy Principal of a secondary school in Ninh Binh illegally tutors at school at night" reflecting the fact that Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly - Vice Principal of Ninh Thanh Secondary School (Hoa Lu Ward, Ninh Binh) and Ms. Vu Thi Lan Anh, teachers of the same school, arbitrarily brought students from outside to the nighttime tutoring school to collect money.
After Lao Dong Newspaper reflected, Hoa Lu Ward People's Committee directed functional departments of the ward to get involved in verifying and handling according to regulations.
According to representatives of Hoa Lu ward leaders, the disciplinary form of warning for Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly is in accordance with regulations. For Ms. Vu Thi Lan Anh (not a party member), the ward has assigned the school to consider disciplinary action.
In terms of the government, the Ward People's Committee has established a disciplinary council and this week will agree to issue a disciplinary decision against Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly" - said a representative of the leaders of Hoa Lu ward.
