In 2025, Hanoi organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of 7 bridges across the Red River.
By early 2026, the city had completed site clearance (GPMB) of 2 bridges including Hong Ha and Me So bridges (belonging to component project 3 of Ring Road 4 in Hanoi Capital region).
The remaining 5 bridges are being deployed synchronously in many wards and communes, with a large volume of site clearance, related to residential land, agricultural land, public land, religious land and defense land.
According to the Hanoi People's Committee, localities have developed specific plans and roadmaps, clearly defining completion milestones for each project and each area, basically meeting the general requirements of the city.
In which, Tu Lien bridge has received about 28.31ha out of a total of 62.54ha; Tay Ho, Hong Ha, Bo De and Dong Anh areas all committed specific completion milestones, at the latest in the first quarter of 2026.

Ngoc Hoi bridge has completed site clearance in Bat Trang commune; Thanh Tri and Nam Phu communes have approved compensation and support plans and committed to completion before January 10, 2026.
Tran Hung Dao bridge, Thuong Cat bridge and Van Phuc bridge are being focused on implementation by localities with clear progress milestones, linking the responsibility of the head with the results of implementation.
Regarding the Tran Hung Dao bridge project, Chairman of Hong Ha Ward People's Committee Le Hong Thang said that the project is being implemented in the period from 2025 - 2027.
Based on that milestone, the Ward People's Committee has planned to implement land acquisition and site clearance, expected to be implemented in a period of 6 - 9 months.
According to the plan, before February 15, 2026, the ward will complete the investigation, confirm the origin of land, population, household registration and publicize the resettlement plan, the public time is 10 days. After this time, the Ward People's Committee will continue to organize dialogue with the people to further resolve difficulties.
To ensure the project is implemented on schedule, Hong Ha Ward People's Committee hopes to receive the consensus and support of households.
Authorities at all levels are committed to fully and promptly implementing regimes and policies, ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of the people at the best level according to regulations.

The project to invest in the construction of Ngoc Hoi bridge and access roads at both ends of the bridge is of particular importance in strengthening traffic connections between the southern area of Hanoi Capital and Hung Yen province and neighboring localities, contributing to reducing pressure on existing bridges and promoting socio-economic development throughout the region.
In Hanoi, the project is located within the scope of 3 communes Bat Trang, Thanh Tri and Nam Phu.
Leaders of Nam Phu Commune People's Committee said that the local government identifies site clearance as a key political task, requiring high concentration and methodical implementation.
The commune has developed a detailed plan, clearly assigned responsibilities to each department; promoted propaganda, dialogue, and publicized compensation and support plans so that people can clearly understand policies and guidelines, thereby creating consensus in the implementation process.
By the end of 2025, Nam Phu Commune People's Committee had handed over 96.2% of the land area to the investor. Specifically, 158 households have received compensation, support and handed over land with a total area of 55,398.8m2.
Currently, there are still 51 households, corresponding to 3 land plots with an area of 2,172.2m2, who continue to be mobilized by the commune, complete dossiers and approve compensation and support plans according to regulations, and are expected to complete payment in January 2026.
It's a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit.
