"Yesterday afternoon (December 18), an accident occurred in the area that killed an 11th grade student. This morning, two students who came to visit this friend also got into an accident that killed one person and injured another. The location of the accident this morning is nearly 500m from the area yesterday," the leader added.
It is known that the accident happened this morning at Km 77+100 QL3. At that time, the motorbike with license plate 20AA-130.xx driven by T.V.H (born in 2008) carrying a classmate collided with the car with license plate 220A-09xx, causing H to fall onto the road.
At this time, the tractor trailer with license plate 20C 103xx was going in the opposite direction and ran over H, causing the victim to die on the spot.
