Starting construction of the project to renovate the main road in Hanoi, completed in 2026

Hanoi - The project to renovate and upgrade Provincial Road 414 to Ba Vi National Park, with an investment capital of more than 346 billion VND, is expected to be completed in 2026.

On July 17, the People's Committee of Suoi Hai commune (Hanoi) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the project to renovate and upgrade Provincial Road 414 to Ba Vi National Park.

The project was approved by the Hanoi People's Committee in May 2024, approved by the People's Committee of Ba Vi district (old) for the bidding results and recognized as the winning bidder in June 2025.

The project has a total length of more than 8,600m, including route 1 which is the road from Provincial Road 414 to Ba Vi National Park - Thien Son Suoi Nga Tourist Area. Route 2 is the road from Ba Vi National Park to Ao Vua tourist area.

The project has a total investment of more than 346 billion VND and is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2026.

The project will invest in the construction of a road with a cross-section of 9 - 13m, sidewalks on both sides from 2 - 4m. In which, section 1 from Km0 - Km1+160 has a cross-section of +13m, sidewalks on both sides are 2x2+ 4m. Along with that, the project will also invest in the construction of rainwater drainage systems, lighting systems, protective works...

Speaking at the ceremony, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Suoi Hai Commune Do Manh Hung said that the project to renovate and upgrade Provincial Road 414 to Ba Vi National Park is one of the key projects of Suoi Hai Commune.

"The road has been renovated and expanded to connect the city's traffic infrastructure, solve traffic pressure for tourists coming to visit and relax in Ba Vi, creating motivation to attract investment, develop eco-tourism, and resort tourism in Suoi Hai commune. Thereby, creating highlights and aesthetics for the area, promoting the socio-economic development of Suoi Hai commune in the future" - Mr. Do Manh Hung emphasized.
