Regarding the passenger bus accident at Tam Dao Pass that killed 3 victims and injured 14 people on the morning of April 26, Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Secretary Dang Xuan Phong and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong visited the scene, directing the authorities to synchronously deploy rescue and relief measures.
According to a quick report, at around 9:15 a.m. on April 26, at Km19, National Highway 2B, driver Nguyen Van T. (41 years old) was driving a passenger car with license plate 29F-059.XX from Tam Dao town when he suddenly lost the brakes and overturned.

At the scene, the car was overturned towards the sound talk of the road. The windshield and many windows are damaged. At the same time, about 20m of the road of the road was also crashed.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan - Chief of Office of Tam Dao District - said that at the time the car had an accident, there were 17 people. It has now been determined that 3 victims died and 14 others were injured.

Mr. Le Van Tinh - Director of Vinh Phuc General Hospital - said that on the same morning, the hospital received 14 victims of the passenger bus accident in Tam Dao. Among them, 1 3-year-old child died and there was 1 child in normal health who did not have a medical record and had passed away.
Regarding the remaining 12 patients, Mr. Tinh said that there was a 45-year-old man in critical condition, with a very poor prognosis; 1 case of cardiac arrest due to acute blood loss was given timely emergency care, and his health was temporarily stable.
Currently, severe cases have been urgently transferred to Viet Duc Friendship Hospital for further intensive treatment, while the remaining patients are mainly injured and have external injuries, not endangering their lives.
