The land handover area reached about 120ha, equivalent to 30% of the area to be recovered. The investor has deployed 7 construction teams with 68 equipment and 110 personnel.

For the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project, more than 73km long, with a total investment of about 17,718 billion VND, localities have approved compensation plans for 97% of affected households, paid more than 2,402 billion VND and handed over about 471ha of land, reaching nearly 76% of the total project area.
Currently, the investor has arranged 13 construction teams with 149 personnel and 75 equipment, deploying many overpass items, intersections and roadbeds.

Regarding the Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh expressway project, Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 3 said that component project 2 is still slow due to design adjustments and obstacles in bauxite planning.
Component project 4 has handed over more than 108ha of land, reaching about 32% of the route length and disbursing about 65% of the 2026 capital plan.

Due to the application of the new compensation unit price, the total investment of component project 4 is expected to increase by about 180 billion VND.
Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 3 proposed to transfer about 90 billion VND of capital from component project 2 to serve compensation and resettlement support.
At an online meeting on August 3, Mr. Ho Van Muoi - Member of the Party Central Committee - Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, and localities to focus on completing site clearance work in August, and at the same time accelerate the construction progress and disbursement of investment capital.
According to the Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, the progress of disbursement and site clearance is still not meeting requirements. Localities must review each location and dialogue with people to completely remove obstacles.

Mr. Ho Van Muoi emphasized that agencies and units need to focus maximum manpower, "working day and night" to complete site clearance in August.
Project management boards and contractors must immediately deploy construction at locations with clean ground, accelerate disbursement, and strive to complete projects on schedule in the fourth quarter of 2027.
