On the evening of June 10, speaking with Lao Dong, Mr. Ly Seo Hai - Head of Nam Tong village (Nam Luc commune, Bac Ha district, Lao Cai province) - said: At around 3:00 p.m. the same day, on Provincial Road 160, through Nam Tong village (near Nam Luc Hydropower Plant), a large landslide appeared.
This landslide buried a section of road that caused traffic disruption from Ban Cai commune to Nam Luc commune and is currently not open to traffic.
