On the afternoon of November 19, a representative of the Hanoi Department of Construction said that from November 24, 2025 to February 25, 2026, the unit will pilot traffic organization adjustment on Phan Trong Tue, Cau Buu, Phuc La streets, in the communes and wards of Thanh Tri, Dai Thanh, Thanh Liet, Ha Dong and Kien Hung.
According to the pilot plan, the Hanoi Department of Construction will ban trucks with a total weight of more than 10 tons during the morning and afternoon rush hours on Phuc La route (from Van Khe intersection to Cau Buu - Phung Hung intersection) and on Phan Trong Tue - Cau Buu road (from Dai Thanh street to Phuc La - Phung Hung intersection).
Trucks with a weight of over 10 tons are allowed to travel during peak hours along the route: National Highway 1A - Provincial Road 427 - Southern Development Axis of Hanoi - Ring Road 3.5 (Van Khe intersection) and in the opposite direction.
In addition, the authorities will add remote signs at intersections to help trucks over 10 tons detect early and move along the route that has been divided into traffic.
