The People's Committee of Binh Thuan Province has instructed many departments and branches to coordinate with Tan Quang Cuong Trading Co., Ltd. (the investor of the Titan mine) to conduct procedures to review the dossier and legal basis for the handover of the project construction ground as prescribed. It is known that the completion of the procedure for mine closure must comply with the provisions of the Mineral Law decided by the competent authority.
The PMU proposes to the authorities to urge Tan Quang Cuong Trading Co., Ltd. to accelerate the exploitation, complete and hand over the remaining areas at the request of the province.

According to the design, the DT.719B road has a 28 m wide road, of which the road surface is 16 m, the median strip between 11 m, the width of the reinforcement of each side 0.5 m. This is a key project of Binh Thuan province, connecting throughout the coastal roads, connecting the center of Phan Thiet city with Ke Ga beach, creating favorable conditions for the southern socio -economic development of Binh Thuan province and completing the domestic infrastructure.
