On May 19, the People's Committee of Dan Hoa commune (Minh Hoa district) confirmed that a traffic accident had just occurred in the area, causing a tractor-trailer to plunge into a ravine.
According to initial information, at around 12 noon the same day, a tractor-trailer (license plate unknown) was moving on National Highway 12A, in the direction from Cha Lo International Border Gate to Khe Ve intersection.
When reaching the section passing through Bai Dinh village (Dan Hoa commune), the vehicle suddenly plunged into a ravine along the road. Fortunately, the driver was able to escape from the cabin in time.
However, the car was severely damaged, and some parts were deformed after the collision.
Currently, local authorities are coordinating with authorities to clarify the cause of the accident and support the rescue of the vehicle in distress.
