    Ninh Binh - Passenger car violating lane change without prior warning on National Highway 1A handled by traffic police.

    On January 22, Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, Traffic Police Department, Ninh Binh Provincial Police invited driver Pham Van T (born in 1990, residing in Nho Quan commune, Ninh Binh province) who was driving passenger car with license plate 35H - 027.xx to the headquarters to work.

    Previously, according to reflections on the fanpage of the Traffic Police Department, at about 5:52 PM on January 21, on National Highway 1A, passing through Ha Nam ward, Ninh Binh province, driver T drove a passenger car with license plate 35H - 027.xx violating the lane change without prior warning.

    The information was immediately transferred to Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police for inspection and verification.

    Through the working process, the driver completely agreed with the violation according to the reflected content and agreed to be handled according to the provisions of law. Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 proceeded to make a record of the above violation.

    According to point a, clause 2, Article 6 of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP dated December 27, 2024 of the Government; Mr. T will be fined 700,000 VND.
