At about 2:30 PM on January 18, on National Highway 1, section km1677 through Liem Thai village, Hong Son commune, Lam Dong province, a traffic accident occurred between a motorbike and an electric motorbike, killing a female student on the spot.
The location of the accident was near Bang Lang bridge. At the above time, a motorbike without license plates driven by a young man was traveling on National Highway 1 when it collided with an electric motorbike driven by N (born in 2011), a 9th grade student.
The strong collision caused N to fall to the road and die on the spot. The young man driving the motorbike was seriously injured and taken to Binh Thuan General Hospital for emergency treatment by people and functional forces.
Upon receiving the news, the Investigation Police Agency of Lam Dong Provincial Police coordinated with professional units to quickly arrive to examine the scene, conduct an autopsy, and clarify the cause of the accident.
According to local people, the female student's house is located near the accident area.
