The accident occurred late on March 18 on National Highway 1, km1693 section through Ham Thuan commune. At that time, a refrigerated truck with license plate 62C-126. 75 was traveling in the direction of Phan Thiet to Phan Rang.
When arriving at the above location, which is the hard median strip opening point, the vehicle collided with a motorbike with license plate 86B3-748. 28 driven by Mr. H.N. B (born 1982), who was crossing the road.
The strong collision caused people and motorbikes to fall to the road surface. The victim died on the spot. After the collision, the truck steered, rushed into the opposite lane and then stopped.
Ham Thuan Commune Police coordinated with the Criminal Technical Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police to conduct scene examination, record traces, and determine the direction of movement of the motorbike to serve the investigation.
At the same time, functional agencies requested the Lam Dong Provincial Forensic Center to conduct an autopsy and clarify the cause of death of the victim.
