Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police, implementing the City Police's plan, this unit has proactively developed plans, arranged forces to patrol and control on key routes and areas, focusing on controlling business vehicles transporting goods that violate regulations such as carrying overloaded goods, spilling materials, extending cargo boxes, operating not on time, stopping and parking in violation of regulations, speeding, lanes and traffic signals.
Through control work, on March 16, functional forces discovered and handled 79 cases of truck violations.
Among them, there are 12 cases of overloading, 3 cases of extending the cargo box, 3 cases of running at the wrong time, 9 cases of leaking materials, 9 cases of stopping and parking in violation of regulations, 10 cases of speeding, 1 case of going in the wrong lane, 2 cases of running red lights, 2 cases of going into restricted roads; the remaining cases are other violations.

In order to prevent trucks from spilling mud and soil onto the road, causing traffic unsafety, on the evening of March 16, Road Traffic Police Team No. 7 - Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police arranged working groups to inspect at the Van Phuc - To Huu intersection (Ha Dong district).
At about 8 pm on the same day, the task force stopped to inspect truck BKS 29H-308. XX driven by driver L.T. A (born in 1994, residing in Thanh Hoa). Through inspection, functional forces discovered that the back cover of the truck was covered with mud and soil, with the risk of spilling onto the road during movement.
The working group made a record and fined the driver 3 million VND for the act of driving a vehicle causing waste, mud or construction materials to spill onto the road.
Also on the same evening, another case of driving a truck with license plate 28C-100. XX violating with similar acts was handled. In addition to making a record of penalties, drivers were also required to commit to covering and tying goods in accordance with regulations, not allowing them to spill during traffic.




Hanoi Traffic Police Department recommends that drivers and vehicle owners carefully check their vehicles before leaving the construction site; carry out shielding and attaching goods in accordance with regulations, and clean tires, trunks, and trunk lids to ensure that materials are not spilled onto the road.
At the same time, strictly comply with regulations on speed, lanes, traffic signals and operating hours, contributing to ensuring traffic order, safety and environmental sanitation in the Capital.
