On the afternoon of June 2nd, on National Highway 28B, section km47 through Phan Son commune, Lam Dong province, a traffic accident occurred when a truck tilted and crushed a 16-seater passenger car traveling in the opposite direction.
According to initial information, at the time of the incident, it was raining and the road surface was slippery. Truck plate number 60K-616. xx was traveling in the direction of Da Lat to Mui Ne. When it reached the curved section between the 6th elevated bridge on Dai Ninh pass, the vehicle suddenly tilted to the left and then crushed a 16-seater car moving in the opposite direction.
At the scene, the car body on the driver's side of the 16-seater car was damaged after the collision. The truck carrying chickens and ducks blocked part of the bridge deck. Fortunately, the accident did not cause any casualties.
Because the scene is located in the middle of the viaduct, traffic through the area is difficult. However, vehicles can still move slowly, leaning aside to pass through the accident site. Therefore, traffic on Dai Ninh Pass did not experience prolonged congestion.
Immediately after receiving the news, Phan Son Commune Police sent forces to the scene to regulate traffic and guide vehicles to circulate safely through the accident area.
Functional forces also proceeded to resolve the scene, organize the relocation of vehicles in distress to soon restore smooth traffic on National Highway 28B.
