During patrols and inspections on the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay expressway, the Traffic Police Team stopped to inspect a passenger car with license plate 36H - 093. xx at the intersection in Tan Lap commune, Lam Dong province.

Through checking and counting passengers, driver N.A. N. (born 1977) carried 48 people, while the passenger car only had 36 seats. The passenger car carried more than 12 people.
