The working group made a record for the driver for the offense of "Not having an emergency light signal when encountering technical problems or other force majeure forces forcing the vehicle to stop in the emergency stop lane on the highway".
For this violation, the driver was fined 13 million VND and deducted 6 points from the driver's license. In addition, the driver was also fined for violations related to driving vehicles without the above-mentioned documents.
The total fine for the driver is 21 million VND. The violating vehicle is temporarily detained for 7 days.
