On August 23, the Fatherland Front and political organizations of Tan Phu Trung commune organized the loving Mid-Autumn Festival in 2025.
Here, the organizing committee presented 200 gifts to 100 children celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival and 100 gifts to the poor in the commune. Each gift worth 250,000 VND includes Mid-Autumn Festival lanterns, candy, schoolward pairs, rice and necessities.
The total cost of giving gifts is about 50 million VND, supported by benefactors in Ho Chi Minh City and Linh Phuoc Pagoda in Tan Phu Trung commune to share love with everyone on the occasion of the Lunar New Year and the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival.
Ms. Mai Thi Luyen - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Phu Trung commune said that the locality sincerely thanked the benefactors for accompanying the program, contributing to bringing joy to children and adding motivation to people in difficulty.
"I hope that students are good at studying, good at studying, and know how to appreciate meaningful gifts; at the same time, people in difficult circumstances continue to strive and work hard to escape poverty," Ms. Luyen added.
The "Mid-Autumn Festival of Love" program not only brings joy to children, but also spreads the spirit of sharing and connecting the community, reminding each person to know how to care for and accompany those in difficult circumstances in life.
