An Giang - The working session aimed to visit, encourage and listen to the thoughts and aspirations of cadres after the merger of provinces.

On August 11, at the Hall of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF), Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang Province Tran Thi Thanh Huong had a working session with cadres, civil servants and employees of the Committee's Office.

The working session aimed to visit, encourage and listen to the thoughts and aspirations of cadres, especially issues related to working conditions, work and family arrangement.

According to the Office's report, after the merger of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of Kien Giang and An Giang provinces, the organizational and staffing apparatus has undergone many changes. Some positions have been rearranged to suit the requirements of new tasks, while the working, living and residence conditions of some cadres, civil servants and workers are still facing difficulties.

The leaders of the agency as well as the leaders of the Office have been working hard to coordinate with relevant units to gradually resolve the issue, ensuring stable ideology and creating favorable conditions for the team to work with peace of mind. In addition, it also reported difficulties and problems in performing tasks, especially digital transformation during this time.

Concluding the working session, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang province Tran Thi Thanh Huong acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, solidarity and efforts of the Office in the past time, especially during the merger period of Kien Giang and An Giang provinces. He suggested that the professional departments continue to closely follow the tasks, strictly implement the regulations of the State and agencies; in which, the accounting department needs to ensure accuracy, transparency and full compliance with financial and accounting regulations.

He also emphasized the need to promote digital transformation in agencies, especially the implementation of digital signature use, improving the quality of document work - archiving, scientific and modern records management. Thereby contributing to improving operational efficiency, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
