Front starts construction of Great Unity House for poor households in Da Nang

Da Nang - A poor household in An Hai ward was supported with 80 million VND from the Fund for the Poor to build a Great Solidarity House.

On the morning of September 19, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Hai ward organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Great Solidarity House for the family of Ms. Do Thi Ngan, a poor household, residing in An Hoa 3 Group, An Hai ward.

At the program, Mr. Dang Dinh Huong - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Hai ward handed over a support board of 80 million VND to Mrs. Ngan's family.

The funding is deducted from the Ward's Fund for the Poor, to support households in difficult circumstances to build solid houses and gradually stabilize their lives.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by representatives of the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, associations and unions, along with the Residential Area Management Board and Residential Group.

Supporting the construction of Great Solidarity Houses is one of the practical social security activities of Fatherland Front organizations at all levels, contributing to taking care of housing for poor households, spreading the spirit of mutual affection and love in the community.
