During the week, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee participated in many important activities of the province and the Central Government, and at the same time coordinated to organize social security programs, notably the "Military - People's Tet" activity in 2026 in Tra Con commune. The program has mobilized the participation of many organizations and unions, bringing gifts, scholarships and practical support activities to people, especially Khmer ethnic people.
At the same time, the Provincial Fatherland Front coordinated to successfully organize the "Vinh Long Provincial Ethnic Culture Festival" in 2026, creating a joyful and united atmosphere. On this occasion, many gifts and Great Solidarity houses were presented to households in difficult circumstances, contributing to caring for the material and spiritual life of the people.
Member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province synchronously deployed many practical activities, towards grassroots levels. Women's Unions at all levels mobilized to present more than 6,000 gifts to Khmer women members in difficult circumstances; The Provincial Youth Union organized the Ethnic Youth Cultural Festival, creating a healthy playground, connecting young people.
The Farmers' Association promotes training, production support, and livelihood development for members. Along with that, the Trade Union, Veterans Association and affiliated units actively participate in Tet care, deploy many social security activities, contributing to improving people's lives.
In addition, the Provincial Fatherland Front continues to promote its role in mobilizing the "For the Poor" Fund, deploying support for building Great Solidarity houses, surveying civil works and effectively implementing social criticism and contributing opinions to build the government.
Synchronous and grassroots-oriented activities have contributed to spreading the spirit of mutual affection, strengthening the great national unity bloc, creating motivation to promote socio-economic development in the locality.
