On December 16, at the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ngai province, term 2025 - 2030, on behalf of the Central Youth Union, Mr. Nguyen Thai An - Member of the Central Youth Union Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Youth Union Working Committee announced the decisions to appoint the Quang Ngai Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary, the Inspection Committee, and the delegation to attend the National Youth Union Congress of the Central Youth Union Executive Committee.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Van Manh was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Youth Union, term I. The Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Youth Union include: Mr. Tran Dang Minh, Ms. Ho Thi Thu Thanh, Ms. Y Viet Sa.
The 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ngai province, term 2025 - 2030, sets a key goal: Building a strong and comprehensive Youth Union organization, truly a reliable reserve team of the Party and revolutionary shock force.
Setting a target of 100% of Youth Union cadres and union members meeting requirements during the inspections to study and disseminate the resolutions of the Party and the Youth Union; 80% of young people are informed about resolutions, policies and laws.
Implement 1,000 youth projects at all levels to participate in development, application of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation. 100% of commune, ward and special zone youth unions deploy a youth model to participate in maintaining security and order, preventing and combating crimes.
Mr. Nguyen Van Manh is from Gia Lai province. Professional qualifications: Master of Economic Management, advanced political theory qualification. Before being appointed as Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Youth Union, he worked at the Kon Tum Provincial Youth Union.
