1.5 million vehicles is equivalent to about 50% of the national motorbike sales, including both gasoline and electric vehicles. This is a particularly challenging goal but has received the consensus and high consensus of more than 600 distributor representatives attending the VinFast Electric Motorcycle Distribution Conference in the third quarter of 2025.

The basis for this goal is the unprecedented support policies that VinFast is implementing, creating strong motivation for consumers to switch to green. Specifically, customers who buy VinFast electric motorbikes in the current period will be given 10% of the car price and 100% registration fee. The remaining 90% of customers will be supported with installment loans if they buy a car for sale on the Green SM Platform, or supported with loans up to 80%, only having to pay the initial counterpart of 10% if they buy a car for personal needs.
In particular, to ensure that consumers can switch to using electric motorbikes in the most convenient way, VinFast has developed an electric motorbike line to change batteries and is establishing a battery exchange station system with a scale 4 times that of the gas station system nationwide, expected to be completed by the end of 2026. With 150,000 battery exchange stations distributed throughout the road, feeding electric motorbikes will be fast - convenient - cheaper than filling up with gas. In addition, all VinFast electric motorbike owners nationwide are exempted from charging fees at V-Green public charging stations nationwide until May 31, 2027.

Regarding warranty, only VinFast electric motorbikes have a warranty period of up to 6 years for the vehicle and 8 years for the battery, double that of some popular gasoline motorbike brands on the market.

VinFast's special and comprehensive support for electric motorbikes has received positive feedback from consumers, while creating a wave of business model transformation of dealers and distributors nationwide. By the end of September 2025, VinFast has owned a network of 600 points of sale and 400 points of repair and maintenance of electric motorbikes, becoming one of the two motorbike brands with the largest coverage in Vietnam. According to the plan, VinFast will continue to expand the system of distributors and service workshops to help people easily access, own a vehicle and conveniently use it.
