Accordingly, in addition to the 4% discount listed under the 3rd "Vietnam spirit - For a green future" program, customers will be supported with 3% interest rate/year if borrowing cars to pay in installments to serve personal needs, and supported with 4% interest rate/year if borrowing cars for business on the Xanh SM Platform, the support period lasts for 3 years.
For electric motorbikes, customers will be given 10% of the car price immediately. If buying a car for personal needs, customers will be supported to be able to borrow up to 80% of the car price in installments and only need to pay 10% of the initial counterpart to be able to receive the car for use. If buying a car for sale on the Xanh SM Platform, customers will be supported with a installment loan of up to 90% of the car price, can receive the car immediately with 0 VND counterpart capital, and be committed to a fixed revenue sharing rate of 90% within 3 years. In addition, customers will be supported with 100% of the registration fee when purchasing VinFast electric motorbikes from August 21, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
In addition to attractive incentives when buying a car, users of VinFast cars and electric motorbikes will be exempted from battery charging, corresponding to the end of June 30, 2027 (car) and May 31, 2027 (motorbike) at all V-Green public charging stations.
Along with expanding the Special Green Transformation Policy nationwide, to create favorable conditions and maximum peace of mind for people when switching from gasoline vehicles to electric vehicles, VinFast will deploy a dense battery exchange system to up to 150,000 stations in all localities; at the same time, launching the battery exchange version of current electric motorbike models.
Accordingly, in October 2025, VinFast will install the first 1,000 battery swapping stations, aiming to reach 50,000 battery swapping stations by the end of this year and complete the entire system within the next 3 years. With a network of battery swapping stations planned to be many times larger than the gas station system, VinFast not only brings absolute peace of mind to users about batteries, but also ensures superior speed and convenience for the vehicle's energy charging process when participating in traffic.
The battery-powered electric motorbikes are designed by VinFast and equipped with features similar to those sold with batteries, the only difference is the battery storage compartment designed with two compartments, supporting two batteries that can be easily disassemble and replaced at public battery exchange stations, with a capacity of 1.5 kWh/pin. Depending on the needs of use, customers can rent one or two batteries for use, with a monthly battery rental fee of 200,000 VND/ rest for the battery, a battery exchange fee of 9,000 VND/time (including charging fees), and a maximum distance of 85 km/ rest for the same distance (standard conditions), corresponding to extremely cheap energy costs compared to the cost of buying gasoline for the same distance.
It is expected that the first car line to have an additional battery swapping version, Evo Max, will officially launch in October 2025 at a price of 20 million VND. After that, VinFast will launch three other battery swapping models this year, including Feliz Max (24.9 million VND), Verox Max (33.9 million VND), Drift Max (39.9 million VND), meeting the diverse needs of many customers.
In parallel with the battery-powered version, VinFast continues to maintain the battery-powered version for customers who want to own a fully packaged and self-charged car at home. Customers can also buy a car for rent and charge at home, depending on their needs.
