Deployed since 2022, the Agribank Digital model is a clear demonstration of Agribank's determination to digitally transform. Not only is it a new generation ATM, Agribank Digital operates like a 24/7 "mini transaction office", allowing customers to open eKYC accounts, issue cards, register for loans, transfer money... without having to go to the transaction counter.
This model has changed people's approach to banking services, helping them use modern technology in a simpler, safer and more convenient way. Currently, Agribank Digital has been deployed in many localities across the country, from urban to rural and mountainous areas.
From efficiency in the banking sector, Agribank continues to expand the smart kiosk model to the public administration and health sectors to better serve people. To date, Agribank has sponsored 30 smart kiosks and authentication systems, digital copies, and electronic documents in Hanoi, Thanh Hoa and Quang Ninh.
