According to the reporter's investigation, the dry port and logistics service area in Vo Cuong ward and Tam Da commune was approved for detailed planning by Bac Ninh province from April 2021 with a total area of about 94.53 ha.
In which, to implement the project, the total area recovered according to the plan in Vo Cuong ward (Bac Ninh province) is more than 86.7 ha.
From the beginning of January 2025 to the end of February 2026, the locality has approved compensation and support plans 6 times for more than 82.8 hectares, reaching more than 90% of the area to be recovered.
The transformation of the entire Phong Khe paper craft village (Vo Cuong ward) into a dry port and logistics service area is considered a definitive solution to the environmental pollution situation here, which has existed for decades.
