Specifically, according to Decision No. 519/QD-UBND, Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee approved the project to urgently handle the landslide incident on the left bank of the Cam Dan River along TL293D road (connecting Yen Dinh commune, Dai Son commune and Van Son commune).
The project is implemented in Thuong village, Yen Dinh commune, with a landslide treatment scale of 345.23 m long, reinforcing the flat embankment, protective railings on the top of the embankment... to ensure riverbank stability and safety of TL293D road. The total investment of the project is 50 billion VND, from the provincial budget.
In Decision No. 523/QD-UBND, Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee approved the project to urgently handle the landslide incident on the left bank of the Luc Nam River along TL291 road (connecting QL31 with TL293) in Trai Chua village, Yen Dinh commune, with a landslide treatment length of about 513.1 m, implementing reinforcement of the embankment roof with reinforced concrete combined with an anchor system implanted into the rock foundation, and at the same time dismantling the existing overflow culvert upstream of the project, building drainage ditches, management roads and protective railings on the top of the embankment.
Total investment of more than 77.3 billion VND, from the provincial budget.
Both projects are invested by Bac Ninh Provincial Traffic and Agriculture Project Management Board No. 1, belonging to project group C, level IV agricultural and rural development works; expected to be completed before December 31, 2026.
The implementation of projects aims to promptly overcome riverbank erosion points due to rain and floods and the impact of storm No. 11 in 2025, contributing to protecting the safety of people's lives and property, stabilizing people's lives and ensuring safety for traffic routes in the area.
The Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee requested the investor to organize the implementation of construction investment and project management in accordance with current legal regulations, ensuring quality, efficiency and saving construction investment costs.
