On July 22, Mr. Pham Van Thinh - Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee chaired a working session with a number of businesses to grasp the production and business situation and directly direct the removal of difficulties and obstacles for businesses operating in Tien Son Industrial Park (IP).
During the working program, Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh directly visited and surveyed the actual situation at 3 enterprises in Tien Son IP, including: Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Tien Son Branch (Dai Dong commune), Hitachi Energy Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Dong Nguyen ward) and THK Manufacturing of Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Tien Du commune).
These are typical Japanese FDI enterprises, making positive contributions to the economic development of Bac Ninh province.
At the places visited, Mr. Pham Van Thinh listened to representatives of businesses report on the production and business situation and the achieved results. In addition, businesses also raised some current difficulties and obstacles such as: Human resources issues, vocational training and labor quality improvement, policies to support training costs. At the same time, he proposed and recommended that the province pay attention to ensuring transport infrastructure, electricity sources, social infrastructure (social housing, schools, parks...) to improve the material and spiritual life of workers and employees, creating favorable conditions for businesses to remove obstacles, stabilize operations and expand production scale.
Speaking at the places visited and working, Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh emphasized that Bac Ninh province currently ranks 5th in the country in terms of economic scale and leads the nation in import and export turnover.
However, Bac Ninh identifies the next 5 years as a key period to break through, so taking care of and attracting foreign investors (FDI) plays an important role. Bac Ninh province is committed to always accompanying and creating the most favorable conditions for businesses to feel secure in developing and expanding long-term production.
Mr. Pham Van Thinh assigned departments, branches and related units to urgently coordinate to thoroughly resolve the problems raised by businesses at the working session. Proactively guide and minimize the time to process administrative procedures, ensuring that business recommendations are handled thoroughly, promptly and effectively.
