Accordingly, the Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committees of communes and wards to urgently and closely coordinate with the Provincial Traffic and Agriculture Project Management Board No. 2 to accelerate progress, focus on definitively resolving existing cases and obstacles in site clearance implementation, ensuring determination to approve compensation, support, and resettlement plans for the inventoried residential land area and organize appraisal according to regulations; submit appraisal and approval of plans for other remaining land types before July 31, 2026.
People's Committees of communes and wards organize appraisal and immediate approval of land plots that have sufficient legal basis according to regulations.
Departments: Construction, Finance, Agriculture and Environment proactively coordinate and promptly guide the compensation for land, factory assets, and technical infrastructure for the recovered land area in Thuan Thanh III industrial park at the request of the Provincial Traffic and Agriculture Project Management Board No. 2.
The Provincial Traffic and Agriculture Project Management Board No. 2 continues to accelerate the progress of relocating technical infrastructure works; urgently build a resettlement area in Lam Thao commune to ensure sufficient conditions for resettlement for people; and at the same time, continue to organize the handover of the cleared site to the Investor for construction deployment.
People's Committees of Thuan Thanh, Tram Lo, Tri Qua, Mao Dien wards focus on accelerating the progress of resettlement projects, expanding People's Cemeteries, building and restoring cultural houses, repairing schools... to ensure sufficient conditions for resettlement, moving graves and soon stabilizing people's lives.

Based on the volume of land allocated (total area 304.4/412.6ha, reaching 74%); it is proposed that the investor accelerate preparation work, mobilize maximum machinery, equipment, and manpower... to develop a scientific construction organization plan, ensuring synchronous organization, multiple construction fronts and continuous construction deployment, 3 shifts, 4 teams to ensure completion on schedule according to the requirements and directions of Party and State leaders.
The project to invest in the construction of a road connecting Gia Binh airport to Hanoi Capital (section passing through Bac Ninh province) has a total length of 27.7km passing through 8 communes and wards, including: Trung Kenh commune, Luong Tai commune, Gia Binh commune, Lam Thao commune, Tram Lo ward, Mao Dien ward, Thuan Thanh ward, Tri Qua ward (Bac Ninh province).
The road is invested according to level I plain road standards, design speed of 120 km/h, parallel road section speed of 60-80 km/h. Construction scale according to the plan reaches 10 lanes and has roads arranged on both sides.
The project has a total investment of over 47,607 billion VND.
The starting point of the project is at km0 at the intersection east of the road connecting to Gia Binh airport, belonging to Trung Kenh commune (Bac Ninh). The ending point is about km27+700 at the beginning of Song Duong bridge, Tri Qua ward (Bac Ninh), bordering Phu Dong commune, Hanoi.
