The secret behind the Hao Hao noodle package

Behind each Hao Hao noodle package is a modern production journey, large investments and the promise of "Cook happiness" contributed through cuisine.

Founded in 2000, Hao Hao noodles quickly became a favorite national instant noodle dish of tens of millions of Vietnamese people. The rich flavor, suitable taste, affordable price and convenience have helped this product become an indispensable part of every kitchen - from urban to rural areas. However, few people know that creating each quality noodle is a crystallization of advanced Japanese technology, a strict production process that meets international standards and the dedication of thousands of people behind.

Japanese standard production process - a solid belief

Acecook Vietnam currently operates 11 factories and 6 branches across the country. Each factory has invested tens of millions of USD, used an automated production line, and directly transferred technology from Japan. The production process of Hao Hao noodles goes through 11 strict stages: from mixing flour, rolling, forming fibers, steaming, drying/frying, cooling, seasoning to packaging, quality control and shipping. On average, the plant can produce up to 600 packages of noodles per minute.

The entire production process is strictly controlled according to international standards such as: HACCP risk analysis system and control point due date; BRC Global Food Safety standard; IFS Food quality and safety assessment standard; International standard on ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system. In particular, Acecook also invested in a ISO 17025:2017 laboratory and was recognized by the Board of Management (BoA) under the Ministry of Science and Technology, to test raw materials and finished products in accordance with the regulations of Vietnam and exporting countries.

In addition to focusing on technology, Acecook also focuses on the quality of input materials. Grass flour, turmeric extract, dried vegetables, meat, shrimp, dried eggs... are all carefully selected from reputable suppliers with certificates of domestic and international food hygiene and safety and clear traceability. It is that seriousness that has helped Hao Hao maintain its reputation and quality throughout 25 years of presence in the Vietnamese market.

By the end of 2024, Hao Hao had reached more than 36 billion packages of noodles sold equivalent to more than 1.4 billion packages per year.
