On December 13, Binh Duong Provincial Electronic Information Portal reported that Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee has approved information on the investment project to build an education and training complex (university, vocational training, high school, junior high school and primary school), phase 1, Tan Uyen city.
The project is located on DT 747 road, Tan Ba quarter, Thai Hoa ward, Tan Uyen city, Binh Duong province. This is the border area between Binh Duong and Dong Nai, close to Ho Chi Minh City.
The land area for the project is about 84,000m2. Of which, there are currently 4,500m2 of rice land allocated to households for use; over 79,300m2 is cooperative land that has been granted a land use right certificate originating from public land.
The total investment of the project is 543 billion VND. Of which, the project implementation cost is about 472.7 billion VND, compensation cost is about 21 billion VND, the rest is contingency cost.
The project implementation period is 50 years. After the project is handed over the land by the competent authority, within 3 years the investor must carry out the construction of phase 1 technical infrastructure including lecture halls, dormitories, multi-purpose buildings, landscapes, etc.
Tan Uyen City People's Committee is assigned to coordinate with departments and branches to organize bidding to select investors.
According to the People's Committee of Binh Duong province, the investment goal of the project is to form an educational complex, thereby meeting the learning needs of about 4,150 students.
