Among the compensation and clearance cases, 449 cases eligible for resettlement have so far received resettlement quotas.
In which, Di An city has considered resettlement arrangements in 4 phases with 221 cases having drawn lots for resettlement. The remaining 45 cases have many generations and many couples living together on the same recovered land plot, and there are applications for further consideration. The city's compensation council has assigned the People's Committee of Binh Thang ward to coordinate with relevant departments to organize, verify, and synthesize reports to propose the compensation council to consider and resolve.
In Thuan An city section, the Compensation Council has arranged resettlement for 51 cases and 12 cases of land allocation with land use fee collection. The remaining 114 cases are expected to be resettled in Binh Duc resettlement area and An Thanh ward resettlement area.
In Thu Dau Mot city, there are 7 cases that have organized lottery to select resettlement land locations in resettlement area in zone 1, Phu My ward. These cases are carrying out procedures to request land use right certificates.
Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, which passes through Binh Duong province, is about 26.6 km long, of which the Tan Van intersection section is 2.37 km long, the Binh Chuan - Saigon River section is 8.9 km long and the section coinciding with My Phuoc - Tan Van road is 15.3 km long. Construction units are focusing on the Tan Van intersection and the section from Binh Chuan intersection to Saigon River.
The project has a total investment of 19,280 billion VND divided into 2 components: construction and compensation. Of which, component project 6 is site clearance and resettlement with a total investment of 13,528 billion VND.
