On the morning of December 20, BSR General Director Bui Ngoc Duong and his delegation visited and congratulated the Military Command and Border Guard of Quang Ngai on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of National Defense Day.
Also attending were Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors of BSR Khuong Le Thanh; Deputy General Director of BSR Pham Minh Nghia, along with heads/deputy heads of professional departments, Veterans Association, and BSR Youth Union.
Colonel Vo Tan Tai - Political Commissar of Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command and Colonel Tran Tuan Anh - Commander of Quang Ngai Border Guard Command received the delegation.

BSR General Director Bui Ngoc Duong also quickly informed the leaders of the Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command and the Quang Ngai Border Guard Command about the work of ensuring security, order and safety for Dung Quat Oil Refinery.
Over the years, the work of ensuring security for the Factory has regularly received the attention and direction of the Government, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, the active coordination and support of the local Military and Border Guard forces, and the united efforts of the BSR Board of Directors and employees. Thanks to that, the security and order situation at the Company's Headquarters and Dung Quat Refinery has always been stable, creating favorable conditions for the Company's production and business activities.
With sincere thanks for the attention, direction and support of the Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command and the Quang Ngai Border Guard Command, BSR General Director Bui Ngoc Duong hopes that in the coming time, the two units will continue to pay attention and accompany BSR in implementing the goals and tasks of socio-economic development, military and national defense; protecting the security of onshore and offshore targets of Dung Quat Oil Refinery and local civil defense work.
On behalf of the leaders of the two units, Colonel Vo Tan Tai - Political Commissar of the Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command and Colonel Tran Tuan Anh - Commander of the Quang Ngai Border Guard hoped that BSR and the two units would have closer ties to complete the common tasks that the two sides had signed and to participate in organizing social security activities in Quang Ngai province.
Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command and Quang Ngai Border Guard are two pioneering forces that are regularly on duty to support security and safety work onshore and at sea, ensuring Dung Quat Oil Refinery operates safely and stably for many years.
