CapitaLand Development welcomes the first residents at Lumi Hanoi

On September 8, CapitaLand Development (CLD) Vietnam officially handed over 2,375 Lumi Signature apartments, the first completed subdivision of the Lumi Hanoi project.

The event marks the first handover milestone of one of CLD's largest housing projects in the western area of the Capital. This is not only proof of the Group's commitment to creating quality living spaces, but also the starting point for the roadmap to hand over nearly 3,000 houses nationwide in 2026.

In order to meet the diverse needs and personal lifestyles of each homeowner, the products at the project are handed over according to different completion standards. Specifically, standard apartments are handed over completely, while duplex apartments are handed over basically and penthouses are handed over roughly, creating conditions for homeowners to freely personalize the interior space according to their own aesthetic taste.

Owning a scale of 5.6 hectares, the Lumi Hanoi project includes 9 towers ranging from 29 to 35 floors, with nearly 4,000 apartments from one to three bedrooms, along with duplex and penthouses. Developed by CLD and joint venture partners Mitsubishi Estate and Far East Organization, the completion of the first subdivision of the project continues to affirm the Group's capacity to deploy, manage and hand over large-scale housing projects.

Mr. Tan Tze Wooi - General Director of CapitaLand Development (Vietnam), shared that the official handover of the Lumi Hanoi project is not only a meaningful milestone for customers but also a great pride of CLD.

According to Mr. Tan Tze Wooi, Lumi Hanoi is the result of many years of methodical planning and quality implementation. Today's success is the crystallization of the spirit of consensus, constant effort and dedication of the staff and business partners.

“We sincerely thank customers for their trust and companionship. Welcoming the first residents to settle down at Lumi Hanoi is the moment when the vision of a healthy, cohesive and fully equipped community gradually takes shape,” said Mr. Tan Tze Wooi.

In the last months of the year, CLD will continue to welcome residents at The Fullton Edition and Orchard Hill projects, and maintain the progress of handing over nearly 3,000 houses to customers in Vietnam in 2026.

That is also how CLD gradually realizes its mission of creating quality living spaces, nurturing sustainable communities and bringing long-term value to customers.

Designed to meet the needs of multi-generational families, Lumi Hanoi owns more than 80 unique amenities, notably with 12 multi-purpose sports fields and three outdoor swimming pools, contributing to encouraging a dynamic, connected lifestyle and improving health. The project is also planned to optimize the parking experience with a separate 9-story parking lot and an intelligent automatic parking basement system.

With more than 75% of the area dedicated to green trees and landscapes, Lumi Hanoi brings a living space close to nature, with winding hills, ecological ponds and lakes, diverse habitats and rainwater collection infrastructure.

The focus of the project is the central park with a unique aerial promenade nearly 200 meters long, playing the role of a "cosmological vertebrae", connecting inter-area utilities smoothly, while bringing nature closer to the daily rhythm of life. The project has achieved EDGE pre-certification issued by the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

Located adjacent to Thang Long Avenue and directly connected to Ring Road 3.5, Lumi Hanoi possesses a strategic location, helping residents easily access financial centers, educational institutions, healthcare, commercial centers and the planned subway network in the future.

Originating from the concept of a "city of lights", Lumi Hanoi fully combines unique architecture, landscape and community space. Studio Milou plays the role of chief design consultant, coordinating with interior design consulting units SuMisura and 2ND Edition. The highlight of the project lies in the flexible transforming facade, creating a vivid visual effect with daylight and bringing a warm, shimmering color when night falls.

Along with the living experience of residents at Lumi Hanoi, CLD continues to elevate the customer experience with CapitaOne - a loyal member program integrating a mobile application to help homeowners manage assets easily and conveniently.

Through the application, customers can quickly look up construction progress, payment progress, expected handover time, real estate portfolio and contract details right on their phone.

CapitaOne is now available on Google Play (https://bit.ly/3ROr6xB) and App Store (https://bit.ly/4e95nsW). For detailed information, please visit: https://capitaone.com.vn/.
