On the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day October 13, on the afternoon of October 11, Bac Lieu province held a meeting with businesses, recognizing the efforts of businesses to overcome difficulties in production, business and contribution to the overall socio-economic development of the province.
Speaking to businesses, Chairman of Bac Lieu Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thieu said that, regardless of the circumstances, the Party Committee, the government and all levels and sectors in the province will always be close to and accompany the business community and the people. The more difficult it is, the more we must stand shoulder to shoulder with each other, only then can we soon overcome these difficulties and challenges together.
Chairman of Bac Lieu emphasized: “We understand very well that if the business community is in difficulty, the province will also be in difficulty; on the contrary, if businesses do business smoothly, the province will develop, workers will have jobs, income, and social life and social security can improve. Therefore, in the coming time, the province will continue to be more determined in improving the investment and business environment to be open and transparent. The government always cares about and shares the difficulties of businesses, always stands by and supports businesses.”
It is known that, despite facing many difficulties in production and business activities, enterprises in Bac Lieu province have always strived to restore production and business. Enterprises have contributed nearly 2,500 billion VND in taxes, accounting for 76% of the total budget revenue in the first 9 months of the year of Bac Lieu province. Enterprises in Bac Lieu have created jobs for 40,000 workers...
On this occasion, the Chairman of Bac Lieu Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 30 enterprises with outstanding achievements and contributions to the province's socio-economic development in recent times.
