The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of communes and wards in the province to study the proposal report of the Policy Advisory Council in Document No. 09/HDTVCS dated June 25, 2025, study solutions to remove difficulties for production and business, consistently implement policies on decentralization and delegation of authority to local governments at two levels; increase the application of information technology in implementation; minimize the time for administrative procedures, promote disbursement of public investment capital, stimulate consumption, and promote growth in 2025.
Specifically, the Department of Finance is assigned to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches and localities to advise the Provincial People's Committee to effectively implement the fiscal policies implemented by the central government; recommend and propose to the Government, ministries and central branches on macroeconomic policies, stimulating consumption, investment... to integrate monthly into the socio-economic report the contents of the Provincial People's Committee's advice on leadership, direction of socio-economic development, accelerating the implementation progress, disbursing public investment capital in 2025...
Assign the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to grasp the price and market situation, monitor the prices of essential goods, advise on the effective implementation of the price stabilization program, ensure the supply of goods, quality, reasonable prices...
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism studies and advises on the implementation of tourism stimulus activities; works with businesses, and proposes exemption and reduction of service fees at tourist destinations.

The Department of Home Affairs shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to monitor the employment and unemployment situation, connect labor supply and demand; Timely resolve policies for meritorious people, social protection beneficiaries, workers, etc.
