The People's Committee of Da Nang City issued Notice No. 73/TB dated June 27 on publicizing the address of the People's Committee headquarters and the New Ward and Commune Administrative Service Center and the hotline phone number.
According to information, agencies and localities have announced and made public through many forms of videos, leaflets, infographics, billboards, drawings, etc.
To facilitate the use of agencies, especially people, to have information and easily search in accessing and using services of wards, communes, and special zones (new) right from July 1; the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang has mobilized civil servants, public employees, and experts from outside to develop and deploy a digital map of wards, communes, and special zones of Da Nang city.
People can access the following 2 addresses: https://bando.danang.gov.vn or https://danangmoi10.22.vn/.
The map will clearly display location information and addresses of 93 public administrative service centers of wards and communes on the map (also the location of the headquarters of the People's Committee of the ward and commune; except for 7 wards and communes with other locations: Hoi An, Hoi An Tay, Tam Ky, Ban Thach, Que Son, Thang Binh, Dai Loc); along with hotline phone numbers.
People can look up the administrative boundaries of wards and communes on the map; Information on 94 wards, communes, special zones (arranged from previous wards, area, population...); some utilities for finding headquarters, directions (such as Google Maps).
The Department of Science and Technology also recommends that agencies and localities: provide information in the announcement of the location for receiving their administrative procedure documents; deploy to cadres and people in their areas to know and use maps (especially to serve people in finding addresses for the Public Administration Service Center for administrative procedure transactions...); use maps in meetings, direct related operations.
In addition, the Department of Science and Technology is currently working with Google Maps service providers to change the headquarters locations of communes, wards, and special zones of the new Da Nang city to Google's map platform; thereby, people can easily search and access new locations on Google's map-using applications/devices (smartphones, tablets, Grab, etc.).
