On August 18, the Office of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that the Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize a dialogue conference with businesses in 2026 with the theme "Removing bottlenecks, unlocking resources, accelerating the development of Thanh Hoa province".
According to the plan, the conference is expected to take place on the afternoon of August 27 at Melia Vinpearl Thanh Hoa Hotel, 27 Tran Phu, Hac Thanh Ward.
The event is expected to have about 400 delegates attending, of which about 200 delegates are representatives of businesses, investors, association organizations, and business associations inside and outside the province.
At the conference, Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee To Anh Dung will directly conduct the dialogue session with businesses. Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of departments and branches will participate in answering questions according to each field in charge.
The dialogue content focuses on the difficulties, proposals, and recommendations of businesses, especially barriers related to administrative procedures, land, premises, credit, energy and labor.
In addition to the direct dialogue session, the Departments of Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment; Provincial Tax Department; Sub-Department of Customs of Region X; Nghi Son Economic Zone Management Board and Industrial Parks will arrange consulting tables in the conference hall.
Here, businesses and investors are consulted on planning, investment procedures, investment incentives, labor and issues in the management field that businesses and investors are interested in and request support.
After the conference, the Department of Finance was assigned to take the lead in summarizing all recommendations of businesses and investors.
The answer results and settlement progress will be publicized on the Electronic Information Portal of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee before September 5, 2026.
The processing progress continues to be updated according to the "6 clear" principle, including: clear people, clear tasks, clear time, clear responsibilities, clear products, clear authority, until the proposals and recommendations are resolved.
Within the framework of the 2026 dialogue conference with businesses, Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee also plans to organize booths to introduce and display products.
Hong Duc University, Thanh Hoa Industrial College, Thanh Hoa Agricultural College will display and introduce the school, training occupations and training cooperation agreements signed with businesses.
The conference also displayed contents on adjusting Thanh Hoa Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050; social housing and tourism businesses.
On this occasion, the province is expected to organize a ceremony to award business registration certificates; investment policy approval decisions; investment registration certificates; decisions on land allocation, land lease, establishment of industrial clusters and credit contracts for units.
