On June 16 and 17, 2026, the working delegation of the Vietnam National Credit Information Center (CIC) attended important international cooperation activities in the field of TTTD in Manila, Philippines, contributing to strengthening experience exchange, knowledge sharing and promoting international cooperation in the field of TTTD.

The CIC working delegation led by Mr. Cao Van Binh, Chairman of the Management Council cum General Director of CIC, was present at the Preparation Session for the 2026 Asian Credit Information Network (ACRN) Members' Meeting organized by the Philippine Credit Information Company (CIC Philippines).
The meeting focused on reviewing the preparations for the 2026 ACRN Members' Meeting, exchanging views on priority cooperation contents, network development initiatives as well as ACRN's operational orientations in the coming time. Members updated the organization's operating situation, shared experiences on developing CI systems, applying digital technology, artificial intelligence, data management and ensuring information security and safety.
In the context that many countries are promoting big data exploitation, applying artificial intelligence and expanding data sharing to serve comprehensive finance, ACRN members all recognize that strengthening cooperation, sharing experiences and learning from each other is a key factor to improve the quality of TTTD activities in the region.
With the role of ACRN Chairman for the 2025-2026 term, CIC chaired discussions, exchanged cooperation contents and continued to affirm its active role in connecting members, promoting knowledge sharing and enhancing the operational efficiency of the network.


Attending the 5th Conference of the Asia-Pacific Regional Advisory Group
Following that, on June 17, 2026, the CIC working delegation continued to attend the 5th Conference of the Asia-Pacific Regional Advisory Group (APRAG), under the International Commission for Credit Institutions (ICCR). The conference gathered credit institution system management agencies, supervisory agencies, credit registration organizations, credit institutions and business information providers in the region to exchange experiences, discuss good trends and practices in credit reporting activities.
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing key issues related to the development of reliable credit reporting systems, including expanding data access, improving data accuracy, ensuring data security and assessing the legal impacts of innovative initiatives and new trends in credit reporting activities.
The active participation of CIC in international forums not only contributes to strengthening connectivity and cooperation in the IC sector but also creates conditions for CIC to update new development trends of the IC industry in the world, exchange experiences with international organizations and units in the region, thereby supporting the construction of a modern, transparent and sustainable IC system, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development in the new period.
