Striture of 20 Regional Tax Departments nationwide according to the new model

    The Ministry of Finance has just announced a list of 20 Regional Tax Departments according to the new organizational model of the Tax Department.

    The Minister of Finance has signed and issued Decision No. 381/QD-BTC, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Tax Department.

    Accordingly, the regional Tax Department system is rearranged according to a three-level model, including 20 units nationwide, each unit is responsible for tax management for many localities.

    The specific list of regional and managed Tax Departments is shown in the table below.
