organizational structure of the Central State Treasury
According to the decision of the Minister of Finance, the State Treasury has 10 units at the Central level, including: Policy - Legal Committee, State Accounting Committee, Fund Management Board, Personnel Organization Board, Finance - Management Board, Payment System Management Board, Information Technology and Digital Transformation Board, Transaction Board, State Treasury Inspectorate and Office.
These units play a role in advising and supporting the State Treasury Director in state management. In particular, some units such as the Payment System Management Board, the Information Technology and Digital Transformation Board, the Transaction Board, the State Treasury Inspectorate and the Office have legal status, their own seal and account according to the law.
Some specialized departments have affiliated groups, including the Payment System Management Board with 3 groups, the State Accounting Board with 4 groups, the Treasury Management Board with 4 groups, the Information Technology and Digital Transformation Board with 5 groups, the Transaction Board with 2 groups, the State Treasury Inspectorate with 4 groups and the Office with 5 groups.

The State Treasury of Area I manages Hanoi, headquartered in Hanoi.
The State Treasury of Area II manages Ho Chi Minh City, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City.
The State Treasury of Region III manages Hai Phong and Quang Ninh, with its head office in Hai Phong.
The State Treasury of Region IV manages Hung Yen, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, with its headquarters in Hung Yen.
The State Treasury of Region V manages the areas of Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Thai Binh, headquartered in Hai Duong.
The State Treasury of Region VI manages Bac Giang, Lang Son, Bac Kan, headquartered in Bac Giang.
