Masterise Group member company starts construction of Ho Tram - Long Thanh expressway

The commencement of the expressway marks an important infrastructure milestone, opening up expectations for a new development axis of the Southeast region. The Ho Tram urban expressway - Long Thanh International Airport is identified as a strategic component in the inter-regional connection network in the East, directly connecting the Eastern region of Ho Chi Minh City - Dong Nai - Ba Ria - Vung Tau, and connecting key cities, economic zones, tourist centers and national transportation systems. In the long term, the formation of this connecting axis is expected to reshape investment flows, promote high-quality resort tourism development, and create favorable conditions for the Ho Tram area to promote its advantages in marine economy and services.

Participating in accompanying the investment and project implementation process through member company Masterise Long Thanh - Ho Tram Expressway Infrastructure, Masterise Group continues to affirm its capacity to implement national-scale projects as well as long-term commitments to contribute to infrastructure development and enhance regional connectivity capacity. This route is expected to shorten travel time, increase access to Ho Tram from Long Thanh International Airport and major urban centers. This is also a premise for forming synchronous urban - tourism - commercial ecosystems, contributing to improving the value and competitiveness of the entire region.

According to the plan, the Ho Tram - Long Thanh expressway is invested in the form of public-private partnership (PPP), with a total estimated investment of about 46,918 billion VND. The project has a length of about 42 km, a scale of 6 complete expressway lanes and a parallel road system on both sides of the route. The project's starting point connects to Ring Road 4 of Ho Chi Minh City and DT. 991 in Tan Thanh ward, the ending point intersects with DT. 994 (Vung Tau - Binh Chau coastal road). The project is designed according to modern expressway standards, ensuring safe, efficient and sustainable long-term operation, expected to be completed in 2029.

Representatives of Masterise Group said that the project's commencement within the framework of the City-level Key Projects program on the occasion of the 50th anniversary is of special significance, demonstrating the companion responsibility of national enterprises in the process of developing national infrastructure. At the commencement ceremony, the enterprise affirmed its determination to implement the project with rapid progress, strict management and high quality standards, promoting the capacity to organize and coordinate large-scale projects. Through this, the project is expected to contribute to improving regional connectivity capacity, promoting socio-economic development and creating sustainable growth momentum for the Southeast region.
