According to a notice from Techcombank, Mr. Pham Quang Thang will cease to hold the position of Deputy General Director cum Director of Techcombank Banking Management Division. At the same time, the Bank also appointed Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Director of Retail Banking Division, to hold the position of Deputy General Director of Techcombank. These decisions take effect from February 1, 2026.
Mr. Pham Quang Thang joined Techcombank on November 1, 1994 and is one of the first generation personnel of the bank, accompanying Techcombank from its establishment to becoming one of the leading financial institutions in Vietnam.
Throughout more than 30 years of working at the bank, Mr. Pham Quang Thang has held many important leadership positions such as: Chief Accountant; Deputy General Director cum Director of Capital Management Center; Deputy General Director in charge of Financial Accounting and Planning; Deputy General Director cum Director of Corporate Customer Division and Director of Credit Appraisal Division...

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan joined Techcombank in 2006, and has grown up in many key leadership positions in the bank such as: Regional Director; Deputy Director of Corporate Customer Division; Director of Financial Consulting and Customer Service Division; Director of Channel Management; Deputy Director of Retail Banking Division. Mr. Tuan took on the task of leading the Retail Banking Division from November 2023.
