Specifically, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued Decision No. 1957/QD-UBND, Approving the investment policy of the Ngu Hanh Son District Commercial Center Project at the land plot marked A2-1 in Tuyen Son Residential Area, Khue My Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District with a total estimated investment capital of more than VND2,085 billion.
The project uses a total land area of 17,185.1m2. Of which, 10,311m2 is used to build a commercial center combined with other service functions (office, hotel, accommodation services); 6,874.1m2 is traffic land, trees.
The project includes a large-scale high-rise building including a maximum of 5-storey base block for modern commercial centers; a maximum of 15-storey tower block for offices, hotels, and accommodation services.
The project's operation period is 50 years from the date of the land lease decision.
The project implementation progress is within 36 months from the date the Investor wins the auction of land use rights and the State management agency issues a Land Lease Decision or signs a land lease contract to implement the project.
