On February 18, in Hoa Ninh commune, Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city, a solemn ceremony was held to announce and start the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project. The project with a total investment of more than VND 6,200 billion, invested by Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company, is expected to be completed within 42 months from the date of land handover.
Hoa Ninh Industrial Park is expected to welcome a new wave of investment, taking advantage of Da Nang's strategic advantages, becoming one of the most modern industrial parks in the Central region. The project focuses on attracting specialized industries, modern and advanced technology, towards a clean, environmentally friendly industrial park model. This is part of the strategy to build an ecosystem of industrial parks - high technology - free trade zone in the Northwest area of the city.
The project was approved by the Prime Minister on December 31, 2024), the People's Committee of Da Nang City approved the investor on February 11, 2025 and the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks issued an Investment Registration Certificate on February 18, 2025.
Hoa Ninh Industrial Park is expected to promote supply chains, improve industrial production capacity, and at the same time create development momentum for other economic sectors such as trade, services, logistics, tourism and port logistics, contributing to making Da Nang an economic - industrial - commercial center of the Central region and the whole country.
