Based on the request of the Tax Authority on coordination in implementing procedures to revoke the Certificate of Business Registration, the Business Registration Office, Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang City issued a decision to revoke the Certificate of Business Registration for 663 enterprises.
According to the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang City, these 663 enterprises have not operated at their registered addresses for one year or more since the date the tax authority issued the notice. These enterprises also did not come to the Business Registration Office to explain within the time limit stated in the enterprise's notice of violation.
Since the beginning of the year, the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang City has completed dissolution procedures for 535 enterprises, branches and representative offices, an increase of 9.4% over the same period in 2023. The business registration certificates of 992 enterprises and affiliated units have been revoked with a reduced capital of VND 5,878.1 billion.
